My first haircut there was amazing, she really worked with my hair texture and was really attentive. Second haircut, not so much. The haircut was uneven and I ended up with a mullet. She was kind enough to fit me in to fix it but I ended up with a bob. Both appointments she was late.

Kaitlyn did a great job and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff's energy. I felt like Kaitlyn was more attentive to how my hair lays naturally than some stylists I've had in the past and it shows. My girlfriend has already booked an appointment for herself and I'll definitely be back as well.

The stylist Emma gave me one of the best blowouts I’ve ever had. I have extensions so I was worried it would be harder to find someone that could properly handle them. Emma was very kind and communicative. Will be returning next time I’m in the Memphis area!

I went to Pavo because I saw they won Best of Memphis and I had a tall order. I was needing color correction and fixing my haircut after I did it myself. I showed Robbie my inspiration picture and he and his coworker came up with a plan and he executed it PERFECTLY. Not once was I made to feel bad about the color correction or the fact that I cut my hair myself. They turned my hair from a weird, patchy copper to a beautiful light brown with blonde highlights throughout. I HIGHLY recommend Robbie or anyone at Pavo.

Jared was amazing! He took such great care of me, as he always does when I’m there. He did full head highlights and a cut, and I could not be happier with the results! I hardly showed him any pictures of what I wanted, because I knew that he would be better at picking a style and color with his expertise. Would always recommend!

Getting a good haircut at this salon is a hit or miss. I have been a regular customer for a couple years at this point. I just recently received a haircut from Robbie. While he did a good job with doing a dry cut, he spilled cold water inside my shirt and he didn't give me the blowout I wanted. I spent $60 to leave the salon with extremely frizzy hair as if I just woke up from my bed. I have curls in my hair and my hair should've been crunched and given a proper hairblowout. My cut looks uneven. Prior to that I received a cut from Dalia and felt like my hair was being pulled on in a painful manner. I received a haircut from Erin and she understood exactly what I was looking for and did exactly that , enhancing my natural curls. 🙏

ROBBIE IS SPOT ON, ALWAYS! He is so kind, considerate, and lovely to talk to. He really is a joy because I don't always like getting my haircut, but I feel at ease around Robbie. He reads the room well and is a funny, friendly, and loveable personality! To top it off, his skills are just really incredible. He listens so well. Give this man a raise!

The best salon I have ever been to. I’ve had cuts, color, and an American Wave across Haley, Katelyn, and Monica. Everything has turned out great! Staff are welcoming, knowledgeable, and talented. I highly recommend!
